Take I-290W to I-190N. Take Exit 2 Ararat Street. At end of ramp go straight through set of lights.
At second set of lights take a left onto West Mountain St.
At third set of lights take a left. (Shrewsbury Street)
Take a right at second set of lights. (Route 122A)
Follow route 122a North through the town of Holden. Approx. 5 miles.
"The Residences at Holden Hills" will be on your right.

From Route 2 - Fitchburg/Leominster area

Take Route 190 South to Exit 5 (Route 140 S)
Take a left at end of exit Ramp.
Turn right onto Hosmer Street. Turn right on to Laurel Street, which becomes Manning Street. Turn left onto Wachusetts Street (Route 31). Turn right onto Quinapoxet Street. The entrance to "The Residences at Holden Hills" will be on righthand side, immediately before the intersection.
