Generally, the monthly payment on a condo unit is the sum of:
  • Your mortgage payment (including principal and interest),
  • The real estate taxes on your unit, and
  • The maintenance fee.

Real Estate Taxes: Starting at $206 per month. (The "G" unit starts at $299 per month. RE Taxes vary by unit.)

Maintenance Fee: Starting at $100 per month ("G" unit is $152). This fee varies by unit, and includes: sewer fees, trash & snow removal, landscape maintenance, common areas heating & electric, cleaning & supplies, elevator maintenance, management fee, insurance and reserve.
